Thankful Q & A

Anddddd just like that it is the end of the month! That means its time for me to answer all the questions I have gotten this month about being thankful and answer what thankfulness looks like in my life. I hope this month you have learned something to help further you in your relationship with the Lord. Here’s what questions I have gotten….

What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for so much, but if I had to pick just one I’d say my family and friends. They are always there for me, and push me to be the best I can be. No matter what I do, I know that my friends and family will always be there for me through everything.

How are you thankful in the hard times?

Being thankful isn’t always easy, in fact in can be quite difficult even when your life is going great! That doesn’t sound too reassuring for the hard times does it? Well, don’t worry I’ve got some verses that I remind myself of when times are getting tough..

“Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Even in the hard times, God has blessed us… so look on the bright side of things and see all that God has blessed you with.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” – Philippians 4:6

God has everything handle, this means we can have a worry free life. Even in the hard times, we shouldn’t worry… God’s got us. THANK Him for that!

“Praise the Lord! Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!” – Psalm 106:1

God’s love is unfailing.. it never ends.. and it’s always with us. When times get tough we should remind ourselves that God loves us and He wouldn’t put us in a place that we can’t overcome! Thank him for His unending love.

Once you take a moment to sit back and think, it’s easy to come up with a million reasons to thank the Lord, He is good.

I hope these were the answers you were looking for, if not feel free to comment below what other questions you may have or any follow up questions! Check out my Instagram ( @thelifeofkagie ) for the next Word of the Month, and more!
